Details: Setup Instructions.
To set up the stepper, first tighten the finger screw at the bottom to activate it, setting one pad up and the other down. Then, adjust the resistance by turning the knob on the underside of the stepper. For the pedals, loosen the same knob, position one pedal at your preferred height and push the other down, and then retighten the knob to secure them. If your stepper includes resistance bands, attach them using the bolt and knob provided, securing them with the carabiner clips.
